Errata & Updates
Wondering about wandering typos? You’ve come to the right place.
You may already have found one hidden in the book’s invitation to visit this page. That one was intention. The others probably weren’t.
If you’ve spotted a typo, measurement misprint, or ingredient that seems to have genuinely wandered off the board, please let us know using the form below. We’ll review submissions and post confirmed corrections here so everyone can keep cooking smoothly.
Thank you for helping improve the book!
P13 AI and Creative Process Transparency
As a professional medical writer, I believe it is important to be transparent about how AI tools were used during the creation of Winner Winner Chickpea Dinner.
All recipes, photography, illustrations, game selections, recipe concepts, testing, and final creative decisions were created by the author. Every recipe included in the book was developed, cooked, tasted, refined, and play-tested by people before publication.
All photographs and images were either created by the author or sourced from Canva Pro and iStock under licences available at the time of publication. No AI-generated images were used in the book.
All written content was originally drafted by the author. AI tools were then used in a limited supporting role during later stages of the writing process:
- ChatGPT was used for brainstorming recipe ideas and variations, acting as a sounding board for game-themed recipe concepts, sentence refinement, and an additional early-stage copyediting pass.
- Claude AI was used to assist with nutritional analysis and to help identify potential allergy and intolerance considerations that readers might wish to be aware of.
Suggestions generated by AI were reviewed, tested, modified where necessary, and subject to human editorial judgement before inclusion. Final quality control, fact-checking, recipe testing, and publication decisions were performed by a human.
My goal was to use these tools in the same way a writer might use a spell-checker, editor, or calculator: to improve accessibility, consistency, and quality. Human creativity, expertise, and accountability remained at the centre of the process.
P114 – 115 Coconut Kluster – Product Recall Notice
Since publication of Winner Winner Chickpea Dinner, the original Kluster magnetic game has been voluntarily recalled in the UK and Ireland by distributor Big Potato due to updated safety requirements relating to small, high-powered magnets. Consumers are advised to stop using the recalled product and follow the guidance provided by Big Potato and the UK Office for Product Safety and Standards.
Further information is available from:
The photographs in this recipe were taken before the recall and remain in the book for illustrative purposes.
For clarity, Kluster Duo, which is pictured alongside Kluster in some images and mentioned in the recipe introduction, is a separate product and is not included in this recall.
